Looking for Superintendent

Full-time, live-in Superintendent for an elevator building of 95 units in prime area of Jackson Heights, NY. Responsibilities to include performing building/unit repairs, janitorial work, and construction as needed. Skills required in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and tile work. US Citizen or Green Card required. Compensation to include brand new 2-B/R free apartment  including utilities and weekly wages.
